At least once a month, I like to pack up shop and take the family away for a few days. Sometimes it will just be to a hotel in town that has a big ass swimming pool and a special theme room for the kids, other times it’ll be to places like Canadas Wonderland. 

The kids were looking forward to August big time however. Along with our annual trip to the zoo, I decided to take them on the African Lion Safari.
