For the second straight year the NPP Pick ‘em is coming down to Week 17.  Just one point continues to separate the overall leader, Shaft, from Osiris and Don Majkowski who remain tied for second place while PeteMoss and Hun are only two points behind in a tie for fourth.  I’m hopeful that someone manages to pull out the outright win this year after last year’s three way tie particularly since I still haven’t come up with a second tiebreaker which once again could be necessary.  If anyone has any suggestions for this feel free to share! 2 years and 2 successful achievement challenges by yours truly. In the first year, I realized that despite owning 30 games for my XBox 360 I never played ANY of them, so decided to change that and get minimum 500 gamerscore points in every challenge. I managed to complete that challenge on the final day, just one hour before leaving for a flight to the UK.

The second challenge was a more difficult one, in that I had to take over nateeasy in the leaderboard to be the NPP poster with the most gamerscore points. This one was brutal, and very frustrating, and I played through a lot of crap to get there – but I managed it, even if it was just for a few short days. A title reign is still a title reign, no matter the length!

What would a new year be without Scotsmans XBox 360 Achievement Challenge?
