Hey Kids,

So, to make a long story short, I purchased a house, I moved, and I've had no internet to speak of for some time. Well, I'm home now, and it was time to check in with my Aliit.

What's new in your world?

I've been a steady gas station attendant for a little over two years now, and I make alright money.

Also, I purchased it with my brother. Who is also a gas station attendant. But he's got super credit for some reason.

It IS Drew Mcintyre. He was my Royal Rumble entrant. That's about the last time I was around.

I'll get a pic of my house as soon as I find the box with my camera in it.

Alright, here's the best Street View I could get. I've got lots of trees that block the shot:

It's basically a crap box from the outside, but I've done a lot of work to make indoors better.

I don't know about any sexy tales. Remember the front page story I wrote? That was the last time I got laid. I saw that girl maybe four times after that and then she fell off the face of the earth. I guess I was a poorly researched booty call.

The economy is shit. If you even have marginal credit the bank will give you money to buy a house at a decent interest rate. My brother made all his car payments on time, so our combined credit got us the hundred thou at 5%, and we purchased the house. I'm paying about 300 a month plus utilities. That's less than half of what I make, so I'm doing pretty well. It's also about fifty dollars less than I was gonna pay to rent an apartment with two roomies.

The house was only $100,000?

It must need a ton of work I would suspect. Is the area nice?

It's a great area, the neighbors are awesome, and yeah it will need some work. We had to put down new carpet/Laminate Floors in pretty much every room, and I knocked out a couple of superfluous closets. Then a little paint and it's looking rather spiffy. When it warms up a little we're gonna get a power washer and spray the old paint off the house, then start fresh. When the taxes get back with the 8000 home buyers credit, we're thinking about putting on a deck.

In Kansas 100K is probably a pretty good house. A friend of mine was showing me what he was putting a 65K offer on in Oklahoma and it would probably run 3x that in a suburb of a major city.

yeah I guess I'm just used to my Metro area inflated prices

You won't find a decent house in a decent area for under 300k
