If you've ever been to Northern Ireland, you would realise there is a hell of a difference. Accents are totally different, for a start. Oh, there is the fact that one country is in the United Kingdom and the other isn't.

I figured he was implying his face was rashy. But what's with the name Frank? Why is the K capitalized? I think he quoted the Pearl Jam song Dirty Frank once, does it have something to do with that?

I just meant that there was no basis for it and it was another thing he decided to make up and push to everyone as fact.
