He's around the age where his metabolism naturally slows down. Getting in super great shape doesn't seem like his game plan but rather staying healthy and not balloon out in his later years.

I drank a soda this mourning. Actually, I've drank one ever mourning for like the last two weeks. Fast food too. And I weighed in at 172. Granted, that's up a little bit but its winter. It'll be back to 165 or so by June.
