Yesterday, while shopping for short pants for work, I mentioned to my brother than on Thursday I was going on a date. A look of shock rolled across his features and he gasped "With A Girl?!"
That was good for my ego. It has been two and one half years since I was in a relationship, and over a year since I was on a date. And THAT went very poorly. History has shown that I'm no doubt going to screw this one up, too. So I'll keep you posted.

Being a little vague because Shanon is around and you just never know, her name is Katie. She's attending the university of Kansas majoring in PR with a minor in psychology. She's a non smoker, drinks on special occasions, and is drug free. She enjoys the works of Jodi Picoult & Dan Brown, and lists her favorite movies as Hairspray, Saw, and 50 First Dates. She's upbeat, has light brown hair, Green eyes & freckles.
She just recently saw StarWars for the first time and loved them. That last one could have been a deal breaker.
