I could bring the shitty gimmick back to make Boner more likable.

And she said "I think I remember farage's cries, and as I recall he was a bit of a knob end. "

I DON’T THINK SHE REALLY FELL INTO A HOLE EVEN THOUGH THAT COULD HAPPEN. I THINK THE HOLES IN THE METAPHORE IN THE POEM ARE JUST HOLES OF DISPARE IN SOME ONES LIFE. I GUESS BESIDES THE TRENCHES IN PAINTBALL, I HAVE FALLEN INTO HOLES OF DISPARE IN AN EDUACTIONAL MATTER.

Mediocre movie dumper from the past two weeks or so

    Lights Out

Horror movie from last year than hinges on the gimmick of the ghost thing only appearing when the lights are turned off. They did a decent job telling the story related to the gimmick and there was some fun creative stuff. However by the end it had a pretty disturbing thing to say about depression.

    3 / 5

    The Visit

The Shyamalan movie that started his comeback. Dumb in all the good ways. Takes a bit to get going but there was some decent stuff here.

    3 / 5

    Mystery Team

I expected to like this more given the cast and some of their sketches online. Lots of absurdist humor. The gimmick wore off quickly but there were enough laughs to keep it going. Straming on flix.

    2.5 / 5

    The Blackcoat's Daughter (aka February)

Atmospheric horror movie from this year. Almost like a modern day The Witch, but less effective. Mollassesly slow in the beginning and some things that don't seem to matter to the story, but in the end some good shots and performances. There's also a connection at the end that I don't see how anyone would make without looking it up. This was on Prime.

    3 / 5

    Wonder Woman

Bretty good, not overly amazing. Blows away low expectations from other DC movies though. Some excellent action scenes. They tried to cram a lot in, and the beginning stuff on Themyscira felt somehow rushed and dragging at the same time. Some janky storytelling too. But overall a step in the right direction for DC, probably because of limited involvement from Snyder. Brobably won't be seeing Justice League.

Just give me all the bacon and eggs you have. Wait, wait. I worry that what you just heard was "Give me a lot of bacon and eggs." What I said was, "Give me all the bacon and eggs you have." Do you understand?

I watched "He got Game" yesterday for the first time, good stuff. Strange thing, I had seen the music video back in 1998 dozens of times, but I just realized last year that were was actually a movie attached to it (LULZTTG) .

Anyway, I was totally rooting for Jesus to tear up that letter, his dad deserved that full 15 year sentence, and then some. Him wanting to get out earlier was basically the equivalent of him not taking responsibility for what happened, screw him. And a good twist ending that I didn't really see coming. (Also liked all of the softcore porn throughout. That adds an extra star lol)

    Dr. Strange

Pretty meh. Great effects but the story and fighting all felt pointless. Also too much "comedy." The Marvel cookie cutter formula is getting stale.

    Birdman
Finally saw this. Beautifully shot, great score, and yet... I just didn't care enough. I feel it tried and didn't quite succeed at what it was aiming for. maybe it just wasn't quite witty/funny enough? Overall more a film I find good and interesting, rather than great and profound.
