Slappy is kinda shallow in his political tastes. He only likes the Labour frontrunner because he thought he was related to Maester Seymour.

Also he's a lefty cunt who will ruin my country.

I'm in a local government union so dread to think how much I've indirectly contributed.

Surely you must see that Corbs is unelectable and the Labour massif would just be handing another 4 years to the Cons. Maybe even a Gideon led Cons?

Because less people will vote for him than Big Ed earlier this year.

If you don't believe that then you will be in for a shock.

100% believe more people will vote for Corbyn. Ed was never clear on his message and backed down from the Conservatives. Weak and never challenged Big Dave. Come 2020 when the countries in more shite, the people will need Corbyn.

Kendall belongs in UKIP, Burnham suffers from the Ed Milliband unable to have a backbone disease. I'm on the fence about Cooper though.

    That's fucking ridiculous.
Corbyn's politics got crushed in the late seventies and eighties. Labour got closer as they ditched the hard left stuff and when Tony Blair came up with his palatable brand of socialism in 97 then they got elected. Then we fast forward to Cyclops who tacked left and in 2010 the UK politely declined. Ed then moved a bit further to the left and the UK responded with "Seriously now, No we don't want that" At which point you genuinely believe that a hard left option will have all the floating voters that lie roughly in the political centre rushing out to vote Labour?

There's a reason that the Green Party only have one MP you know.

    Because it double posted me:

Burnham will get smashed to bits. He has mid-staffs on his hands and his your average career politician with a novelty accent. Corbyn won't even have enough support in his own party to form a Shadow cabinet. Your best bet is Liz Kendall who will offer an electable version of the Labour party and can't be easily pigeonholed by the Tories. Luckily the halfwits that pass for Labour members seem to be of the opinion that she is one step removed from Satan.

There's hope that people slowly realise austerity is infective and sacrificing more and more entitlements to the economy wont change much. If a candidate can convey the message all the cuts have also halved growth pushing debt reduction even further down the line they will be successful.

Blind optimism won't help you. Kinnock has more chance of being PM.

I love that the answer to it all is "we're not left wing enough, that's why people voted Tory"

Scotland is gone for a generation. Look at the Tories there.

Are you saying that all the non voters are labour viewers and would put your lot back in?

I do enjoy the fact we all secretly think that the vast majority of the country agrees with us politically (but they're too lazy to go out and vote!)
