My mom told me that's what happened to my budgie when I was a kid.

This evening's offering. Flyingdog brewery and the sense of despair only reachable when failing hard at games you used to be able to bend to your will like fucking Neo.

That would be Resin. I had a few cans the other week and nearly went blind. Would recommend you avoid that one.

Since Hun is deported I doubt anyone can try them but I've been drinking beers again a lot lately.

When I don't want to buy a longneck for 9$ at the local microbreweries from a bearded hipster wearing sandals, I drink Coopers Green. You might be able to find that. It's the thinking mans Fosters.

Yep I've had Coopers a few times. I really liked it but it's a bit pricy over here. As is VB.

Ideally I'd like to try both on draught but not even Walkabout (Aussie bar) does that.

I'm drinking Tangled Foot on the train as there was nothing left on the trolley.

There's been a few desperate afternoons up Halesowen FC where I've had to drink that as they run out of the good stuff fast.

VB is like our Stella, it's the bog standard beer on tap everywhere. It's ok, better than Fosters (which I've actually only had overseas) but the best way to have it is from a can on a hot day. Usually after mowing the lawns.

The brewery that does VB is currently trying to sack its workers and rehire them of salaries worth 65c on the dollar so I'm boycotting the fuckers.

Over here I've only ever seen it in those little bottles like how Red Stripe comes in.

I dislike Fosters around the same level as Carlsberg and Carling. Bland beer for the less discerning pissheads.

Carlsberg is awful, VB marginally better. But it tastes better out of the cans and bottles than tap for some reason IMO

Picked up some Boulevard Brewing Co. IPA on recommendation of some friends in Kansas City.

Am currently enjoying an afternoon bottle on a day off work. Life isn't bad.
