I had Snake Dog Flying Dog the other day and it was a beaut. Blue Moon with a slice of Orange has been beefy too.

Blue Moon with orange is the only beer I've enjoyed with fruit in it. This really intense server in Vegas recommended it. I would've said I liked it even I didn't tbh.

Putting in my highest recommendation to Otter Creek Couch Surfer. One of the best oatmeal stouts I've ever had.

Just give me all the bacon and eggs you have. Wait, wait. I worry that what you just heard was "Give me a lot of bacon and eggs." What I said was, "Give me all the bacon and eggs you have." Do you understand?

Also, a new brewery opened in my neighborhood. The brewer's wife is from London, so the brews were a blend of American and British styles. They sold Walker's crisps, which I enjoyed. They were labeled not for individual sale, so of course I'm going to report them.

If it means Brewdog beers might become available in stores or local bars near you then yep. Some really decent beers.

Not worth going to another state for although isnt the Ohio brewery going to be a beer hotel? That could be interesting.

My cousin went on a trip to New England, picked my up a 4-pack of Heady Topper, and as per brewers instructions kept it cold through transport and storage. They then gave me ice to bring it home. That's good familying.

I got a batch which was mostly from Buxton last month. Some of it was pretty spectacular, some average. Only signed up because there was a £5.95 for 8 promo on FB, and then they credited my account a tenner and upped it to 10 beers this month, so £14.95 for that, which I can't complain about. Ask your mate for his link and he'll get a free case and you get £12 off if you decide to sign up. Or I'll give you mine.

Not sure if it's worth it yet, but good tasting beers I wouldn't get to try before. Best was Indy Man Bale Ale from Denmark.

Got a case of Californian beers at the end of November, most of them were a bit too light to enjoy in the winter, but the Sierra Nevada Torpedo was a highlight. But for the most part, fuck Californian beers, fuck them hard. Kentucky shit all over them.

Just received a case of Amsterdam beers which look beefy.

Sierra Nevada Torpedo is the Slappy choice of coming back from London already wrecked, bad choice beer.

California IPAs tend to be a little too hop forward, often eschewing complexity for IBUs. Iíve been getting into sours and wine-aged beers lately.
