    NBA biggest moves (so far)...

    5. Butler to T'Wolves, team exciting but still fairly irrelevant in stacked west. For now. Bulls trade raped.

    4. Hayward to Celtics, Boston go from 2nd best team in east to... 2nd best team in east.

    3. Paul to Rockets, really interesting to see how it works with Harden. I think Harden will happily take step back and become way more efficient. Clippers still look ok-ish.

    2. George and Westbrook to Lakers via one season in OKC

    1. Warriors do nothing - still unbeatable

I am shocked that the Raps resigned both Lowry AND Ibaka. I thought the best case scenario was getting one out the 2 to return. But as you said, nobody is beating the Warriors.

I thought one of them would go too. Unfortunately don't see how they improve though.

In the grand scheme of things, these moves do nothing to save us from Cavs VS Warriors part 4. Boston gets stronger, which means they might take the Cavs to 6 instead of getting swept.

Kyrie Irving asking to be traded out of Cleveland. Didn't see that one coming.

Why wait a year for when Lebron walks?

That is the strange thing. It's gonna be his team next year if he wants it. Basketball is so strange in the sense that "being the star " is often more important to players than winning championships is. Golden State seems like an exception to the rule.

Yeah but his team will be in one of the worst situations in the league post-LeBron and it will take years to turn around. They aren't winning anything. He's probably thinking if he moves now he can get into a situation that at least has some upside.

I guess that is one way to look at it. the thing is though, he has 2 years left on his contract, so... Why not suck it up one more year and make yet another guaranteed finals? (I know Boston got better, but still). Who knows, you might pull off a major upset again (2 out of 4 years) and get a 2nd ring. THEN tough out your final year, and sign where ever you want.

Unless he really, REALLY can no longer stand Lebron.

Yeah that's probably it tbf. Even if not hating KeBron the person, hating playing 2nd fiddle.

He's a point guard and a great under pressure shotmaker who never gets to run the game or make clutch plays.
